Needed a new cash strap since mine was torn and thank you to Ridge for sending me a replacement. Simple to replace in the elastic is a lot tighter as it gets a little worn over 4 years.
Nowadays it’s hard to find a company and or product that really does have customer support after the sale. As a retired veteran, father and great grandfather I fully support and recommend this product. When I needed help they had my six. When they say they have a life time warranty they mean it.Thank you RIDGE
The replacement cash strap was easily installed and looks like it will hold up well
The plate is more secure than the strap alone and I'm glad I upgraded to it. Only issue is the strap can get bunched up around the ends of the plate if I'm not careful with loading the money under it. Overall, my ridge wallet has been awesome, had it for a number of years now. It was easy to take apart with the tools when I needed new straps. Very satisfied.
